The warm and caring staff offers old-time Jamaican hospitality as they cater to your needs. For additional rooms, you can book sister villas Bahia (a romantic, rustic cottage for two) and or Baywatch (5 bedrooms). Rent all three family owned villas for a total of 11 bedrooms. If you only need ten bedrooms rent Siesta and Baywatch with the annex and let the staff pamper you for a wonderful beach front holiday in the sun! ***4 nights minimum Summer & 7 nights minimum Winter

The properties are best enjoyed when the maximum number of 22 guests is not exceeded. In exceptional circumstances, if there are more, there is a year round additional fee of US$25/night per additional guest.

Only small weddings can be accommodated:-
- 30 persons maximum in addition to registered guests
- $15 per person surcharge for attending guests
- US$500.00 damage deposit
- Catering & furniture etc. to be sourced by guests
- Additional tipping to staff -15% of villa rental in low season and 20% high season.

Villa Directions
Directions from Montego Bay: Deplane at the Sangster International airport in Montego Bay. Take main North Coast Highway and head East, traveling past the Falmouth, Duncans and Rio Bueno exits. Go straight through Discovery Bay. Continue past Runaway Bay Police Station on the right. Go past the Jewel Runaway Bay Beach & Golf Resort on the left, the Golf Club at Jewel Runaway Bay on the right, and through the Cardiff Hall traffic lights. Just across from the Shell Service Station on the right, see Flavors Restaurant on the beachside. The neighboring beachside walled and gated properties on the right are Siesta/Bahia/Baywatch. Directions from Ocho Rios (25 minutes): Head West along the main North Coast Highway, past the exits to St. Ann’s Bay and through the villages of Priory and Salem. On approaching Runaway Bay, at Cardiff Hall traffic lights see the (only) Shell Service Station on the left and Flavors Restaurant on the beachside. The walled neighboring property just prior to Flavors Restaurant is Siesta /Bahia/ Baywatch.

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
