Wag Water Featured
Wag Water is named after a Jamaican river which meanders through the local parish of St. Mary. This three bedroom villa is formerly Prospect Plantation’s General Manager’s house and enjoys a panoramic view of the coastline between Ocho Rios and Oracabessa.
From the sun deck the winding stairs lead you to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean. At the bottom of the stairs is a covered seating area to take in the spectacular views in the shade. The jetty offers access to the water for swimming and spectacular snorkeling.The spacious sitting room/dining room and extensive outdoor verandah allow for comfortable lounging both indoor and outdoor.
Complimentary Airport Transfers - complimentary transfers are included for Prospect Plantation villa rentals of seven nights or more. Helicopter transfers can also be arranged from Montego Bay or Kingston airport to Prospect's private heli-pad within 15 minutes.
Included with your stay: Guests can also enjoy the use of the Estate's tennis court and preferential green fees at the nearby Sandals golf and country club. Also, at a discounted rate to guests, are the popular Prospect Plantation jitney and horse back riding tours. Please advise the onsite managers one hour in advance to reserve horses.*

From Montego Bay: From Sangster’s International airport in Montego Bay, travel east on highway heading to Ocho Rios. By-pass Falmouth & Duncans and continue on Highway 2000 to Rio Bueno, Discovery Bay, and Runaway Bay, bypass St. Ann’s Bay and into Ocho Rios. Continue through Ocho Rios traveling east towards the Couples Sans Souci Hotel. Almost immediately on the left is the sign for Wag Water (the office for Prospect Plantations is on the right)

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
