Villa Coldew is a six bedroom villa located on the north coast of Jamaica, Rio Nuevo Heights, St. Mary - 10 minutes east of Ocho Rios. The villa overlooks the blue Caribbean Sea and with features including a swimming pool and Jacuzzi; sporting beautifully landscaped gardens and a panoramic view of the ocean, Villa Coldew is the perfect location for your group or family vacation.

NOTE
- For Weddings, Family reunion, or other functions, Villa Coldew requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. The cost for 3 Nights is US$3,000.00 for 6 rooms for up to 12 guests.
- The villa can accommodate 100 persons for functions (Government ID and checkin at the gate is required for all guests). A location fee of US$1,000.00 along with an additional security deposit of US$800.00 is required.
- Food and music are allowed. Sound level restrictions may be enforced if the music is at an unreasonable level.
- Caterers are allowed for a fee of US$250.00, but no cooking/preparation is allowed on the property.
