Villa Loujo
On a hillside overlooking the ocean, you will find Villa LouJo - a modern, airy and spacious villa. Sit on the balcony, enjoy the beautiful sunrise and watch the cruise ships as they head towards the Ocho Rios Harbor. A short walk from Villa LouJo, is Priory Beach.
Villa LouJo has three very large bedrooms in the main house with ensuite bathrooms. Six guests will be more than comfortable and a third person in a room is easily accommodated at an additional cost of US$37 per night. There is also two 1 bedroom apartments on the property.
The villa is near to all the local attractions (Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove), to name a few, shopping and nightlife, but just far enough to get away from the tourist crowds and enjoy the privacy of your own villa. We pride ourselves on providing a perfect location for those guests wishing to get away from it all and enjoy being pampered. Our staff is available to prepare some amazing meals served on the balcony, dining room or an intimate dinner for two in the gazebo. We are available for an intimate wedding and reception, an anniversary, a family reunion or just a group of friends wanting to do Jamaica their way.
There is an onsite manager and 24-hour security. The Villa staff are there to take care of your needs and ensure you will want to return year after year! At Villa Loujo you can experience an exquisite villa vacation that won't break the bank.
*The kitchen is maintained by the staff. All cooking is done by the chef (arrangements can be made for self-catering).

Villa Directions
From Montego Bay: From Montego Bay airport take Highway going East, travel through Falmouth, Duncan’s,Rio Bueno & Discovery Bay. After leaving Discovery Bay, continue in the same direction pass Runaway Bay, Laughlands, Chukka Cove, Richmond Estate. Continue pass the traffic light in Priory and travel for little less than quarter mile, on the left is Priory beach and on the right is Norman Washington Way. Turn unto Norman Washington Way, then turn right on to Hibiscus Way. Villa Loujo is the seventh house and has the number seventeen written on it.

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
