Little Waters on the Cliff is an exclusive private villa with personalized butler service nestled on the cliffside at the western most point in Jamaica. Sequestered on one acre of landscaped gardens this three bedroom luxury villa offers stunning views of the ocean from virtually every window - even the perfectly appointed bathrooms! Little Waters on the Cliff is for the discerning and sophisticated.
The decor features an uncluttered style, showcasing the best of Balinese craftsmanship. Exploring the sculptured steps along the cliffside reveals two subterranean caves, the larger of which has its own natural sea-water pool. Imagine sitting in this cave, hearing the waves pounding on the rocks below and forget all of lifes worries. The smaller cave has an inset stone bench - the perfect retreat to sit with a glass of wine or to watch the sun set.
*For ease and with the physically challenged in mind the ground floor bedroom of the villa offers direct access for a wheelchair. **Negril 7 mile beach is the closest to the villa (approx. 10 mins away). *** Ideal for small weddings of up to 80 persons with a surcharge of US$10 per person for guests not staying at the villa. ****Minimum 3 nights stay Summer and 7 nights Winter *****

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
